Stone in the Sluggan
This is the stone on the Sluggan Pass commemorating the inauguration of the Queens Forest in 1935. This was on the road to Glenmore Lodge, looking over to Cairngorm. This area is now well forested.
This stone was moved, by the Forestry Commission, to the side of Loch Morlich, in the early 1970s, and may have later had a bit added to it in Commemoration of the wedding of Lady Diana Spencer to Prince Charles.
Can anyone confirm these details, please?
