I don't know any of these workers but when I lived in Achnamara one of my neighbours was a John Francis who worked at Ardentinny before he came to Achnamara and that would be about 1952.

My Dad John(Jock McIntyre) second from left worked in Glenfinart forest for fifty years quite a record.
